Tamang is one of the ethnic groups in Nepal. They are living throughout Nepal since ancient time with their own culture and dialect. But our Tamang Heritage trail trek is designed to experience their culture and livelihood in langtang trekking area which are similar to Tibetan. The people are migrated from Kerung, Tibet. Tamang heritage trail trek covers the tamang settlement villages such as Gatlang, Chilime, Thuman, Timure and Briddim of Langtang region and the unique and spiritual culture, panoramic view of Langtang, Ganesh himal and Sanjen himal ranges. This trekking also offers to see the old monasteries around the langtang valley.
Tamang heritage trek is a newly opened trekking trail in the Nepal Himalaya in Langtang region. You will explore traditional Tamang settlement villages, unspoiled nature and local monasteries, green grazing land and mountain views with the insight into the unique Tamang culture during Tamang heritage trek.
