Booking Terms and Conditions
There are some legal terms and conditions would request you to read and understand. It is the contract agreement between two parties which all the customers must abide by during any service. Please make sure that you have carefully read and understood the content and is acceptable to you before booking.
BOOKING AND PAYMENT
1. Deposit:
20% of the total package cost has to be paid as a non-refundable deposit while booking the trip. This payment must be in USD. Full payment must be made after your arrival but before going on the trip.
2. Special Discount Offers:
A free of cost service will be provided to the customer who come up with a group of 15 or more. Also, group leader of 10 to 15 person will enjoy 50% discount on the package.
3. Payment Options:
You can make the payment by cash, bank draft or any wire transfer systems. Please be informed that additional 4.5% will be charged as the processing fee if the payment is made via credit cards.
BOOKING AND CANCELLATION:
If you request to cancel your booking before 20 days of the actual trip, 30% of the deposit will be charged. But if you cancel the booking within 20 days time to the trip, deposit will not be refunded.No refund will be made for the unused services if the client decides to leave the trip with any reasons after the trip is commenced.If you are unable to travel due to some genuine reasons like bereavement, serious illness, accident, physical disabilities etc., you may postpone or transfer the booking to your desired person provided that she/he meets all legal criterias of the tour. It is required for you to present the valid reasons to postpone or transfer the booking and proofs to support them.Please be informed that transfer or postpone of your trip can be done no later than 14 days before the tour start date. You shall be charged additional 100.00 USD for transfer or postpone of the trip.
PASSPORT AND VISA:
Our customers are required to hold a passport with validity date of at least 6 months period from the return date. You may obtain the visa to Nepal from Nepali consulate in your country or upon arrival to Kathmandu Airport. Cost of the visa must be borne by the client itself.
TRAVEL INSURANCE:
All customers are required to be in an insurance plan that covers all possible losses and injuries. Physical injury, death, medical expenses, repatriation expenses, helicopter rescue, air ambulance and loss of any personal belongings must be within the plan coverage.
HEALTH AND FITNESS:
Our clients are required to make sure that they meet the health and fitness requirements before going on a trip. We shall provide this standard health and fitness requirement on your demand. Please make sure that you do not have any serious and physical disabilities that will risk your health and life during the trip. Also, clients must notify us about medical diagnosis in the past, if any.
CHILDREN:
All travellers under the age of 16 will be considered as children. Children must be together with a legal guardian. If you require further information on age factor for travelling, please contact us.
PUBLICITY:
Photographs taken during the trip must be shared to the guides if asked for. Those photographs will be used for promotional purpose only.
ITINERARY CHANGES:
Travelling in Nepal is likely to be affected by various environmental and political factors thereby requiring modifications in the itinerary anytime during the travel. I and my team preserve the rights to make justified alterations in the itinerary anytime during the trip. These changes must be made if the travel is affected by natural threats, landslides, bad weather, flight cancellations, accidents, road obstructions and illness/sickness of the customer.
We are not responsible for your personal loss due to such delays. So, I would suggest you to arrange your visit accordingly so that such delays during the trip would not affect your job, family, business or any other important aspects back home.
PRICE CHANGE:
Sudden change in external factors like domestic airfare price, exchange rate, government policies or any other forces that bring about change in itinerary is likely to increase the price. I and my team preserve the rights to revise rates mentioned in website, brochures and any other marketing materials.
LODGING AND ACCOMMODATION:
Almost all of our standard trekking and tour packages offer twin share accommodation facilities. Therefore, we would want to kindly inform our clients that single room supplement charges have to be borne by customers themselves if they wish to go for single room accommodation.
DISCIPLINE:
Please be informed that while travelling around the places, visitors are bound by various rules and regulations of which you shall be told about time and again. But if any traveller happens to go against the national or regional law, fails to maintain the travel discipline required, commits any serious crime, we will take no further responsibilities and hand him/her over to the administration for crime charges. All the agreements will be turned down with no refund.
