Mustang is known as forbidden kingdom of Nepal which is surrounding by the Tibet, Roof of the World. These two regions are still the oldest civilizations on the planet, mediaeval world uniquely preserved from modern technology.
Mustang is a land covered by small villages, ancient monasteries, breathtaking scenery of spectacular landscape and friendly & hospitable people. Among these, Mustang Tiji Festival is another feature to visit Mustang region. Mustang Tiji Festival is celebrated three days in Mustang is known as “The chasing of the Damons”. According to Tiji Myth, Dorje Jono (a deity) had fought against demon father to save the kingdom of Mustang from destruction.
