helen2.jpgNamaste and dhanyabad Ram, for another unforgettable 24 days in Nepal. Thank you for introducing the group to your family in the hills and  for inviting us to stay in your village. To all the porters  - thank you for making our trek to Annapurna Base camp possible, for getting us up and down the many many steps and providing us with  wonderful food and accommodation.  The Chitwan adventure was a special way to finish our holiday.  Even a heavy monsoon shower did not dampen our spirirts !!  We enjoyed the all day jeep safari , the animals and bathing  with the elephants. We will never beat you at cards Ram, but we did enjoy all our games in the evenings. We will continue to practise Resham Firiri and our  Nepalese vocabulary.  Dal Bhat eaten with the fingers tastes much nicer  than when eaten with a spoon,  Finally Ram, thank you for the banner - it was a lovely way to celebrate my 10th visit to Nepal.  I have not finished with my travels to the Himalayas.   Dhanyabad from Helen and the 2013 New Zealand group.

I have known Ram for over four years when he first worked with me as a guide and now he has his own company he will continue to work with me in his professional role as director of his trekking company. We have trekked many kilometers with him and his porters - to the Khumbu region-Tengboche-Khumjung and the many trails on the Annapurnas-Ghorepani-Tadapani etc. He has also travelled to Tibet and Darjeeling so his knowledge is extensive.  I will continue to use Ram's services in the future and wish him well for the coming trekking seasons.

Ram and his team gave all the support and excellent service any trekker could want. This year, 2010, we went to Tibet, Everest Base Camp with Ram and again he came through with another fantastic time for all of us. No problems anywhere on the trip. Knowledge of Kathmandu second to none. I highly recommend Ram and his company to others.

Our youngest was eight years old! There were nine in our party. Throughout this amazing adventure we felt completed cared for by Ram and his team. It was the experience of a lifetime. They made us feel like part of their family. We laughed and sang and had such an adventure. Every step of the way we were completed cared for by the kindest people we have ever met! Although the views were incredibly gorgeous, it was the people who truly made this trek memorable. We will cherish this trip forever. We know we will return! Thank you Ram!

In Kathmandu we first met Jhamka and from the first moment we had a real good feeling about the organisation of our trekking. In the mountains we had a fantastic time talking, singing, playing football, and visiting interesting places and off course enjoying the brilliant view everywhere. The highest peak we reached was over 5000 meters high and being on the top gave a great feeling. We are grateful to Jhamka and Ram for the great time we had during our trekking. The memory of having chicken and beers with the entire group and singing Nepalese songs all night will never be forgotten! It was an amazing trip and we would reccomend anyone who wants to do a trekking in Nepal to go with Jhamka and Ram!
Eric Prinsen, Netherland In November of 2009 I made a trek to Mount Everest base camp with 2 of my friends. We were fortunate enough to have Ram Adhikari as our guide. Ram and his two Sherpa's were amazing. They were obviously veterans of the trekking industry and we never had to worry about anything. From the moment we arrived in Kathmandu until we left, our every need was taken care of. Ram was extremely knowledgeable of all aspects of our journey. He seemed to have an ability to know when we were tired and needed a rest. He knew the pace that we were capable of maintaining and was always watching what we did and how we were doing. He told us what to expect each day on our journey and was able to answer all questions about the region and the culture. I never once was concerned about our safety. I'd highly recommend Ram to anyone visiting Nepal as someone who will take care of your needs. As a matter of fact I'm planning on bringing a larger group to return to Base Camp in the fall of 2011 and will only go if Ram is available.
Bob Munro, Canada Cannot love trekking more! The beautiful Nepal natural scenery ranks the top amongst the 35 countries that I visited so far. And the 4-days trek along the Annapurna Ghorepani-Poonhill Circuit that I took in Feb 2010 was even like a year's travel which drove me across the 4 seasons nature views all at a glance, including the green farms, brown forests, white mountain top, and colourful villages. RAM was my guide during the trek. However, his expertise, caring and friendly attitude made us very good friends up till now. He's always by our sides whenever we wanted a chat, had questions, started to feel tired, needed helps, etc. What's more, his quality services, including the voluntary luggage carrying when we were exhausted and delightful singing from time to time in the mountain areas, did give all of us a perfect retrieval of life with lots of enjoyment. Don't wait, u can feel what I felt easily by simply dropping RAM a message and u will soon know what I meant.

Daven Bow & Michelle Choy, Hongkong In 2006 we fulfilled a lifetime ambition of visiting the wonderful kingdom of Nepal and seeing Mt Everest. As we were not experienced trekkers, we were a little unsure on exactly which trek would be suitable for us with the time we had available. Ram and his experienced team helped us with all the planning and tailor made a holiday that was truly unforgettable. As we were travelling independently, we were able to modify the plan as we went along. We opted to stay in tea houses and thoroughly enjoyed sharing our stories with fellow travellers by the fire at the end of a long day, while enjoying traditional Nepalese food. Booking over the internet was a breeze. All accommodation, internal flights, entry passes and meals were included in the price. From the moment we arrived in Kathmandu to the day we left, Ram always made us feel like we were his number 1 priority. The mountains, monasteries, people, culture, food together with Ram?s knowledge and experience has inspired us to visit this wonderful part of the world again and we are planning to return in 2012 to trek with Ram in the Annapurna region.

We both rate our two week experience in the Annapurna ranges with Ram and his porters, Prem and Sanu, as the highlight of our year long trip. We had a fabulous time in Nepal- beautiful countryside and people, and a new cultural experience for us. What made it even more enjoyable was our trek in Annapurna with Ram. His experience and leadership meant we were able to fully enjoy ourselves without us having to worry about anything. He was a very sensible tour leader who promptly made decisions for the tour group when poor weather shortened our trip. We were extremely confident in Ram's knowledge and experience of the country we trekked through. As well as this he showed us the way of life of the locals and taught us about their cultures.
